We meet different people every day, but it's rare to find people you connect with and truly understand you. It's true, no man is an island, and having relationships with people who know you beyond your face and name is important. Science has proven that our close ties- our family, our best friends, or a boyfriend or a girlfriend- help us live longer. It's true. Look it up.

When in doubt, pedal it out. Asking is better than assuming, so if you really must know, I've answered some frequently asked questions about matters of who knows who.
The people who know you are those you smile at or say hi to at the mall or on the streets just because you know them. They are those people you hang out with from time to time at parties because you have common friends.
Meanwhile, the people close to you are the kind of people you trust with your secrets, biggest fears, and dreams in life. They're the kind of people who knows you through and through- from your favorite ice cream flavor to your favorite childhood memory.
To know thyself is the beginning of wisdom, Socrates once said. True that. If you want to know your true self, ask yourself "truth questions" that help you identify your strengths, weaknesses, goals, and the values you want to uphold in your life. Ask yourself questions like-
What do I believe in?
What do I like most about myself?
What do I need to improve about myself?
Where do I see myself in 5 to 10 years?
I've always believed that any genuine relationship should make your life better than it already is and make you want to be a better person. If they inspire you and influence you to grow out of your comfort zone, you've got a true friend. If they stop you from making bad decisions in life and love, you've got a friend for life.
Playing a game of "Who Knows Me Better" is easy. You will need at least two people playing for starters, but you can always add more players. Give each of them a whiteboard, a dry erase marker and ask them a personal question or a funny question about you- whoever gets it right scores a point.
At the end of the game, the person with the most points wins.

I guess it's safe to say that it's only human nature to wonder about how well someone knows you- especially if the person is someone you care about. Can't put the finger on whether or not someone really knows you?

I can't stress this enough- ask. There's no better way to find out who knows you best than asking. But take it slow. You don't want to sound too aggressive and scare them off. Start by asking easy, who knows me best questions. Ask them what your favorite book is or who your celebrity crush is. Once you get them comfortable, you can move on and ask them deep questions such as what's your biggest fear or your biggest pet peeve.

If you need more convincing, then fire away and ask them follow-up questions. Aside from asking a friend what your favorite book is, you can also ask them why it's your favorite book or how you found out about it. If they can provide more details than surface-level answers, they know you for real.
If you don't want to be a stranger to anyone, the more you ask, the better. From icebreaker questions to funny ones, these wringers are all you need to warm up to anyone.
That is it for this roster of who knows me best questions!
Asking who knows me best questions is the best way to test someone's knowledge of you.
